Problem

During the installation of ProjectWise InterPlot Server the following InstallShield Wizard error is displayed:

Error encountered attempting to set Spool directory permissions.

Error: 1722

Solution

Confirm the Print Spooler service is started and the Startup Type is set to Automatic prior to the installation.
