Problem

For test purposes or problem solving it may require placing the directory C:\win32app\ingr\ipshare\bin at the beginning of the System Variable Path.

Solution

Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables … >

System Variables -> select Path -> Edit … -> select C:\win32app\ingr\ipshare\bin right mouse click Cut and place the directory at the beginning of the Path Variable. Ok -> Ok -> Ok->
