PrjectWise InterPlot Organizer print does not print but all other windows prints are printed.
In the first place: double check if the recommendations in InterPlot Server Readme file are followed.
This is:
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 provides many security features and is configured for maximum security out of the box. Therefore, some configuration may be necessary for ProjectWise InterPlot Server to work properly on Windows Server 2008.
For Plotting
The "File Pooling" feature must be turned off before you can print from the plotting interfaces.
To turn off File Pooling
It may be necessary to unset the "Render print jobs on client computers" check box
Note: Do not forget to reboot the server!!
Secondly, check the printers - Print Processor
It might also be that the problem is cause by the used Print processor.
On Plot server check for a Printer the Printer properties – Print Processor:
Open windows Devices and Printers
Select Printer.
Right-Mouse click. -> select Printer Properties – Advanced – Print Processor
Enable the following bullets:
- Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster
- Start printing after last page is spooled and make sure the following box is checked:
- Enable advanced printing features
-Select Print Processor
- Set make the Print processor = WINPRINT, Data Type = Raw
