Problem

How do I integrate the IPLOT Organizer?

Solution

The Integrate option enables you to:

Integrate the APLOT dialog box with your current AutoCAD environment.

Integrate the IPLOT dialog box with your current MicroStation environment.

Determine which MicroStation product (MicroStation V8 or later) to use as the print/preview engine, if you have multiple versions of MicroStation installed.

Integrate ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer commands with ProjectWise Explorer, provided ProjectWise Explorer is installed. These commands enable you to create a new Plot Set File (IPS) and add plots to an
existing Plot Set File.

You should use Integrate when you install a new version of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or ProjectWise Explorer.

To integrate with MicroStation or AutoCAD
Select Start > Programs > Bentley > ProjectWise InterPlot Utilities > ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer Configure.

Click Integrate.

In the Integrate dialog box, select the MicroStation or AutoCAD tab. You can determine which version(s) of MicroStation or AutoCAD you want to integrate with the IPLOT/APLOT dialog interface. If you have multiple versions of MicroStation installed, you can determine which version to use as the print/preview engine. By default, the latest version of MicroStation will be used for the MicroStation print/preview engine.

Select the version of MicroStation or AutoCAD you want to integrate with.

Click the Toggle Dialog Integration button.

To complete product integration, click OK.
