Colored elements in your designs plot in shades of gray on monochrome plotters, but you want them to be solid black.
The easiest way to get solid black lines is to use the black-and-white color table, BW.CTB, with your plots. BW.CTB is delivered in the "misc" subdirectory of ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer's IPLOT installation directory.
You can also use rendering attributes files to obtain solid black lines by setting the rendering mode for your monochrome plotters to Solid Plot. See the Graphical Attribute Editor's on-line help for information on rendering attributes.
