Problem

Cannot access the Dynamic Plot Service. When I test the connection I get an error message of: The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme ˜Anonymous". was.

Solution

The web service alias directory user password had expired after 30 days. In this particular case we went to: Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management Local Users and Groups Users Select user account in question and right click on the mouse. Select Properties Disable "User must change password at next logon"? Enabled "Password never expires"?

A second option would be to change the password, but be aware it will need to be changed frequently.
