Question:

When annotating the Vertical alignment, I would like to see the PI's annotated around the whole Curve. How can this be accomplished?

Answer:

To annotate PI’s around the whole curve of a vertical alignment, there are two main steps: Create Vertical Events and Annotate Vertical Event Points. Create Vertical Events At Geometry>Vertical Curve Set>Events. Select Define By: Multiple Stations and at Segment Distance, indicate desired distance between each point and Apply. Annotate Vertical Event Points At Geometry>View Geometry>Vertical Annotation>Main Tab, set the Station Limits to the curve stations. On the Points tab, select PVI as your Point Type and at Symbology (bottom of dialog box) ensure that Event Point Text and Event Point are selected.
