Problem

User must manually login to PW from via Organizer (File>Projectwise  Login) even though .ips file was opened from within PW Explorer. 

Solution

From within PW Explorer, choose Tools> Associations> Programs> User Associations, scroll down to "Organizer Plot Set", expand "Open", then "IplotOrg.Document" and set "Enable Legacy Integration" to YES.
