How to create a InterPlot Diagnostic Report?

Solution

Select the Windows Start Button and type in ipdiag.exe <Return>

 

The ProjectWise InterPlot Diagnostic command line interface opens.

You can choose between different options. The option <f> created a diagnostic report including all categories.

Chose option <f> <Return>

Enter the output directory and the file name.

Example: c:\tmp\Client_diagnostic.txt

Sometimes it is necessary to create only a portion of the report. For example to get only the ProjectWise InterPlot Report ...

Select the Windows Start Button and type in

Ipdiag –i –f c:\tmp\interplot.txt
