Problem:

MicroStation SELECTseries 3 and InRoads SELECTseries 3 have been installed but the error "Invalid MicroStation Format" is encountered, why is this?

Solution:

This error indicates the MicroStation SELECTseries 3 version installed is not compatible with the version of InRoads being installed. With the latest InRoads release, MicroStation 08.11.09.578 is needed to run InRoads SELECTseries 3 Refresh v.08.11.09.674.
