Problem:

When I launch OpenRoads SS3, I do not have the Survey, Civil Standards or Civil Model browsers available in Project Explorer.

Solution:

To redisplay any of the Project Explorer browsers, go to Settings > Project Explorer.  Set the browser values to "True" if you wish for them to be displayed.

If you find that these settings are not being saved when exiting the product, a likely reason is that the same workspace is being used for both SS2 and SS3 products.  The best practice is to keep SS2 and SS3 workspaces separate.
