Problem:

How do I delete triangles using the OpenRoads tools?

Solution:

You can delete triangles by using the Delete Triangle By Line command.  This command can be found by selecting the Edit Terrain Model command in the Terrain Model section of the Tasks menu:

Then select Delete Triangle By Line in the Edit Terrain Model menu:
