Problem Description
When I dock my digital pen, the Dynamic Plot Sync UI opens but the marks are not loaded although you see the pen director changes color in the task bar
Steps to Resolve
- Make sure you are running version 08.11.11.41 of ProjectWise Dynamic Plot Sync
- Open explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ProjectWise Dynamic Plot Sync\PenComponent\. Run the executable Bentley.PenClient.DownloadManager.exe
The following image should open. Verify that the Version: number is 6. If so, please contact Bentley Printing Technical Support for a version of ProjectWise Dynamic Plot Sync that corrects this issue.
