Question:

When trying to use the Edit Terrain Model tools, I receive the message "Not an editable Terrain" when I attempt to select my Terrain Model.

Answer:

This message is generally received when the terrain model is ruled to graphic elements.  In order to create an editable terrain, the rules will need to be removed.  This can be done by using the command Remove Rules and selecting the terrain model.
