Problem Description

All documents in an iCS Job are getting processed even though the Job was Started > Incremental.

Steps to Resolve

In the Orchestration Framework administrative browser, select the job definition.
Do one of the following:

Right-click the job definition and select Reset Job.

or

Select the job definition and select Job > Reset Job.

or

Select the job definition and click the Reset Job icon on the toolbar.

A message opens, informing you that all the documents in the input set will be processed the next time the job is run.

Click OK.

Once all documents are processed, the next time the Job is started Incremental only stale documents will be processed.
