Problem Description

iCS for PDF adhoc jobs are not publishing renditions.

In Orchestration Framework Administrator the following database connection error displays:

“Item has already been added. Key in dictionary........ “

Steps to Resolve

The rendsvcJobDefinition table in the Orchestration Framework database may contain adhoc Jobs that were not deleted, and possibly more than one having the same name. A Database Administrator should delete all adhoc jobs from the table, only stored Jobs should remain.
