Problem Description
When attempting to create a rendition from ProjectWise Explorer the following error display:
Error calling the rendition web service.
- System.ServiceModel.ServerTooBusyException: The HTTP service located at http://...../RenditionService/RenditionService.svc is too busy. - System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.
Steps to Resolve
In IIS Manager > Application Pools, make sure RenditionServiceAppPool is Started. If it is, check the Identity credentials. Confirm the password has not expired.
