iCS for PDF Email Notification Date/Time Settings

The new "Culture Name" and "Time Zone" configuration properties in iCS for PDF (10.00.03.298+) Administrator allow administrators to control the time zone and appearance of the date/time values in the job email notification without modifying operating system settings.  The delivered value for both configuration properties is "Default", meaning the iCS for PDF Server’s Windows regional settings and time zone are used.

The value of "Time Zone" can be either "Default" or a valid TimeZoneInfo ID string. A list of valid IDs can be found as Registry subkeys under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones".  The TimeZoneInfo ID controls both the base UTC offset and whether DST is in effect for the given day.  If an invalid time zone ID is specified, the current Windows TimeZoneInfo is used.

The value of "Culture Name" can be either "Default" or any valid Language Tag. A list can be found here in the Language Tag column.  If an invalid culture name is specified, the current Windows regional settings are used.
