Slow DPR Renditions in Distribution Services
Solution
On the iPlot and the AFP (Automated File Processing)/Indexing servers, under the credentials of the user running the job, open Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options / Advanced tab. Un-tick check for publishers certificate revocation ! What this does is speed up the opening time of MicroStation v8i (used by iPlot) to nearly instantaneous.
