Question:

How do I include null points when my corridor is created?

Answer:

In Project Explorer>Civil Standards, expand Project Settings>Corridor Design Stages. Right click on the design stage you wish to edit, and select Properties. 

In Element Information, under Output Settings, locate the setting "Include Null Point Linear Features" and change the value to "True".
