Is it possible to remotely administer the iCS for i-model jobs in Automation Services Administrator?

Yes, but make sure the following is true:

1 - The user that is logged in on the remote server is either a member of the Authenticated Users group

or

2 - Add the remote user to the Security tab of the message queues Security tab on the iCS server.
