Problem Description

The iCS jobs will not start.  They remain in the Idle state.

Steps to Resolve

Possible causes are as follows:

• Check the .net update.  The server had .net 3.5.1 on it and had not been updated in some time. After running numerous updates we were able to get pdfs and Imodels generated from the server.  Use this link to tell if your .net is up-to-date:

• Make sure the user on the OF service has permissions to see the message queues.  Add that user to the Security tab of the message queues Security tab on the iCS server.

• Make sure none of the Message queues are full. Drill down into the queue in MSMQ and right click>purge messages.
