Problem Description

When submitting a rendition users may get the following error on the submission email. This is caused because submitting user has no access to the specified folder where most likely a .set file or a pen table are stored.

Trouble shooting steps:

• On ProjectWise explorer use search builder to look for the specified folder.

• Check permissions on the folder specified, submitting user should at least have read permissions.

Solution

Provide at least document read permissions to submitting user to be able to access the folder specified in the error
