Question:

How can I free an alignment and/or cogo buffer that has been locked by another user if that user is no longer available?

Answer:

In the InRoads Explorer window, right-click on the geometry project name and select "Details".

In the Access Control Details list, locate and highlight the locked alignment/cogo buffer.  You can hold down the <Ctrl> key and select "Free" to free an alignment/cogo buffer that may be locked by another user.
