There are instances when the terrain model boundary can cause issues when merging or manipulating the terrain model, or when creating a merged, as-built terrain model.  In these cases, the Remove Terrain Model Boundary tool can be useful.  This tool removes a boundary element from an unruled terrain model.

This tool gives the user the option to convert the boundary element to a break line or remove the boundary element entirely.

The tool can only be used in the active file containing the terrain model, as write access is needed to modify the terrain model.
