Question:

With PowerSurvey V8i (SELECTSeries 3), the DGN created with previous version of MicroStation and PowerSurvey linework is not appearing. When running the mouse over the model the line work flashes as if there but not visible.

Answer:

The root of this issue usually steams from the graphic cards, updating the graphics card drivers has resolved this behavior in most instances.
