Question:

Is it possible to enter manually, new vertex data or sag vertical inside an alignment without having to draw the longitudinal profile?

Answer:

The user could run any number of reports (such as VerticalAlignmentPoints or VertialAlignmentReview) to get the vertical alignment stations and elevations. Then, the user can edit that data and reimport that data, if they do not want to edit the actual profile which is much easier and the suggested method.
