Question:

How do I change the color of the handlers/manipulators in OpenRoads?  The default color is blue and it is very hard to see.

Answer:

In the MicroStation menu, go to Workspace > Preferences.  Click on View Options - Civil, and change the "Normal Color" under Manipulator Settings.
