Problem
Export to Excel - Using Export wizard to export the documents, not all the fields that were selected for the template are populated
There are no errors.
Created the Excel template, but when using the export wizard to export the documents not all the fields that were selected for the template are populated with data even though there is data in these fields and they are visible in the properties form for the document.
Solution
In Projectwise Import-Export Excel files play a vital role. When we create Excel-template the various columns get created from the attributes selected from appropriate Environment. The column name present in Excel-template file is closely bound with the LABEL of the attribute, which can uniquely describe the specific attribute from other attributes, thus these Labels needs to be unique.
Example: So in this case the label ‘Approved’ is present in FIRST ISSUE block as well as in AMENDED DRAWING block. Make them uniquely differentiable, i.e. Approved_FI and Approved_AD. And this should solve the above problem.
