Problem Description

When I configure and import my Workflow Rules Engine .xlsx template, I still do not get my custom > Right click > Change State listings

Steps to Resolve

In the Workflow Rules Engine template, on the "Operations Type" tab, make sure you replace the default "Rules Engine Workflow" in Row 2 Column H with the name of your custom workflow in The "Rules" tab in Column A. You should then get the proper listing of your custom "Change State" names.
