Scan Ref on "All" applications results in "No" apps being Scan Ref'd

Problem Description

When I select the Select "All" Applications in the Scan Reference Wizard page for Applications, "no" applications are selected and no references are resolved.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Don't select the "All" applications check box on the Scan Ref Wizard page for applications. If you select "some" applications, or "no" applications, the Scan Ref Wizard will resolve the references anyway.
