Revit Copied Central Model File Not Saved

Problem

Opening Revit central file from ProjectWise, when Revit opens, user gets
PW log on message, followed by "Copied Central Model" Revit message.

After making changes and saving to central, get Revit error "File not saved"

Solution

User was not using the correct program association. He had a user association instead of the valid global association Revit.Document.PW.
