How to do a smart search that doesn’t include a “or” but a “and”

Steps to Accomplish

Input the following string in either the regular search or the advanced search builder in the Document Description:

$FIELD$ NOT LIKE'%NOTE TO BE USED%' AND $FIELD$ NOT LIKE'%Withdrawn%'
