How do you determine quantities within a civil cell?

Answer:

Quantities for civil cells can be extracted using the reporting tool Element Component Quantities.

Note that this tool is different from the Corridor Component Quantities and reads the meshes directly. It allows selection of multiple civil cells, corridors, linear templates/areas, etc. and produces individual object and combined summaries.
