Steps to Reproduce

Option 1

1. Open command prompt and navigate to  \program files\Bentley\ProjectWise\bin

   Type DMSCONV -D PWSS4_datasource –u PW_USER -p pwadmin_password 

Resolution

1. -D is case sensitive, change to -d
