Problem Description

After upgrading from a previous version of ProjectWise Integration Server, new msg files are not showing the file property data (To, From, Subject, ...)

Reason

The data extracted from new messages are different, and the column names in the users view need to be updated in ProjectWise Explorer to display the information.

Steps to Resolve

1. In ProjectWise Explorer, select View-Manage Views
2. Expand "File Properties"-"Mail Message Information"
3. Add the desired columns to the view by selecting and clicking the Right arrow
