Error: Not able to modify the global integration server properties on the server because of the following error: Datasource description was not found in the server configuration file.

Explanation

When attempting to create new datasource in ProjectWise user receives error.

How to Avoid

Check dmskrnl.cfg file

1. In this case DBpassword= in dbo section was listed before DBuserName. Reversed order so that DBuserName was first in order.
