Problem Description
Error 11501
User gets this error in the gateway dmskrnl.log file when attempting to connect a ProjectWise Explorer client outside the network through a PW gateway
2009-06-09 08:14:06,937 ERROR [0x00000b50] pwise.dispatch - Error -11501 "ServerConnectHandler" reported at func: ServerConnectHandler::Invoke
Solution
This error is indicating that the gateway server does not know who it is, it is having an identity crisis.
To correct the problem open the dmskrnl.cfg on the ProjectWise Gateway server with notepad. Go to the [Team Mate] section and find and edit the following configuration setting
