Problem Description
User launching ProjectWise Administrator from shortcut; errors with MMC
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.
Solution
1. Have the user navigate to this path C:\Users\<UserProfile>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC and look for pwadmin2.msc. Backup the file and delete the file pwadmin2.msc. This should allow you to run administrator
2. If it does not then you can create a new local administrator user and un-install and then re-install ProjectWise Administrator which should resolve the issue as well.
