Red X showing on Datasource listing in ProjectWise Admin and Explorer

Problem Description

The SQL server had an issue this morning and the connection was lost to the integration server. The connection issue has been resolved but now there is a Red X on the datasource listing icon in Projectwise Explorer and Admin. What can we do to remove the Red X

Steps to Resolve

  1. Stop and Restart the ProjectWise Integration service. If your Integration servers are setup in a cluster environment, then you will need to restart the service on all Integration servers in the cluster.
