Problem

Error 1920 and Error 1069 installing starting USS

While installing User sync services user was getting this message
Error 1920. User Synchronization service failed to start. Verify that
you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Had user input a different account in the install screen where it asks
for credentials, then it installed properly

Went to change the user account back to the proper domain account and
restart the service and got the following error:
Error 1069: the service did not start due to a logon Failure

Solution

check that the user is a domain user
Check that the user is in the administrators Group on the server machine
Check that the user is listed under the log on as a service, on the
servers local security policy \ user rights assignments.

Double check the spelling of the user account and domain
double check that the user is inputting the correct password for the
account.
Have them log into another system with that account name and password.
