Login denied. Checking Windows NT user account failed
System was configured with a User Synchronization Service as an Intermediate logon provider, as described in the PW Implementation guide, and below. The final step was missed, and the user configured in the ProjectWise User Synchronization Service settings in ProjectWise Administrator was not configured as a logical account with the "Enable as delegate user" setting turned on
Install ProjectWise User Synchronization Service on a computer in the local area network (LAN) that can access the local domain controller.
Open the ProjectWise dmskrnl.cfg file in a text editor.
Uncomment the following line and set the value after the = to be the host name of the computer on which ProjectWise User Synchronization Service is installed:
UserSyncService=<User Synchronization Service host name>
Sill in the dmskrnl.cfg file, add the IP address of the ProjectWise User Synchronization Service host computer to the [Trusted Servers] list.
Save and close the dmskrnl.cfg file.
Make sure that the account under which ProjectWise User Synchronization Service runs is a logical user account (not a Windows-based account), and that the user's user setting Enable as delegate user is turned on.
