"Encountered an improper argument"

Explanation

When opening the Transmittal settings on certain projects, the error appears, but once clicking ok everything works fine.  This is because there has been a ProjectWise user configured as an internal participant, that was removed from the datasource, but was not cleared out of Transmittals.

This is resolved in the latest version of the BTS connector
