Problem
Error 55025: "Error checking document 'w2.dgn' in. Invalid socket. The connection to the remote host is broken." when checking in a .dgn file
Solution
Projectwise design Integration server is a service that requires a system or domain account to run.
The user assigned to run the Integration service did not have permissions to write to the storage area.
Once we added the user to the ProjectWise Storage Area path the check in worked fine.
