Problem Description
SSO is configured correctly in the dmskrnl.cfg on the integration server (SSO=1 listed for each datasource) and the domain user exists as a ProjectWise user (manually entering domain\username and password on login is succesful)
Remote Desktop on the users machine was cofigured with saved credentials (different domain account) to the Integration server, and Windows was passing those credentials to ProjectWise
Steps to Resolve
- Open Remote Desktop (Start-Remote Desktop)
- Enter the Integration Server name in the computer field
- Click delete to remove the saved credentials
