Problem Description

ProjectWise integrated Revit is an area of ProjectWise that is often perceived as not working correctly. This is mainly because it is integrated differently than most ProjectWise integrated applications and needs specific workflows.

As with many programs there are multiple workflows available in Revit and in ProjectWise. All of the workflows work but only specific workflows perform well in the integrated Revit environment.

Revit users working from ProjectWise are often using ProjectWise for the first time and are trying to work the way they always have and notice that performance is not good.

ProjectWise users and administrators are often using Revit for the first time and don't understand why things work the way they do.

Many users need to work with Revit files over slow connections. This Revit Integration file has been updated to describe options for working at high latency.
