On creating an ascii file to create a terrain model, I have some linear features that needs to be reversed, can that be done in OpenRoads?

Yes, this can very much be achieved in OpenRoads. Following are the steps to reverse the feature :

1. From the "Task Manager" select "Transpose Linear Feature" from "Survey Processing" category.

2. Locate the linear feature.

3. Give a data point to accept.
