Problem

After configuring dmskrnl.cfg PW Integration or Gateway server to run in secure mode (SecureConnection=1) the service will not start, with the following in the dmskrnl.log

Error 32768 "ssl_certFindCertificateInStore fails"

Error -91001 "requested certficate 'cert name' could not be found in the local store"

Fatal initialization error -11509 "ProjectWise Service: failed to start service in secure mode"

Solution

TLS 1.0 was disabled on the server
