In the readme for InRoads/GEOPAK/MX 08.11.09.872, MicroStation version 08.11.09.832 is listed as a prerequisite. However, I do not see that version listed on the MicroStation download site.

The MicroStation v. 08.11.09.832 build was created specifically for integration with the 08.11.09.872 version of the civil products. You will find the download directly under the civil product that you wish install. Click on the down arrow to the left of the civil product name to view the MicroStation download.
