Installing on to a Windows7 32-bit machine, User encounters the
following error:
Installation Error: The specified module could not be found //Bentley
Downloads/pwclit081111111en/bin/res/hta.js
Findings: Installation failed to detect whether the OS is a 32 or 64-bit machine.

Since user was installing on a 32-bit machine, running the PWExploer v8i
(SELECTseris 4) (x86).msi completed the installation.
